Diese Woche werden unsere Küstenknollen Speisekartoffeln der Sorte "Linda" verpackt und können dann ab der nächsten Woche (ab 04.10.2021) wieder über die Edekamärkte rund um Berlin, Lauenau, Landsberg und Wiefelstede gekauft werden.

Qualitätsspeisekartoffeln Sorte "Linda"
Auf 35 bis 40 Hektar pflanzen wir die festkochende, goldgelbe Kartoffelsorte "Linda" an. Vom Anbau, der Ernte bis hin zur Verpackung betreuen wir den Ablauf selber, denn die Aufbereitungs- sowie Lagerhallen liegen direkt am Hof. Dabei werden die Kartoffeln schonend gerodet, abgebürstet und in klimatisierten Räumen gelagert, später von Hand verlesen, bevor sie abgewogen in 2,5 kg bis 25 kg Säcke gefüllt werden.
Das Nordseeklima und der fruchtbare Boden tun ein Übriges, um die "Küsten-Knolle" zu einer qualitativen und geschmackvollen Speisekartoffel werden zu lassen.

Wichtiger Hinweis:
Unsere Kartoffeln werden nach der Ernte nicht behandelt, weder mit Keimhemmern noch mit Antipilzmitteln.
Verbraucher sollten unbehandelte Kartoffeln auf jeden Fall trocken, dunkel und kühl lagern. Eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und gute Belüftung tragen ebenfalls zur besseren Haltbarkeit bei.

Laura Rayjasse (FRA) startete erfolgreich mit ihr in 3 Prüfungen von 1,30m bis 1,40m. In allen Prüfungen, sowie im Stechen blieben die Beiden fehlerfrei.
